Hall Farm Cottages have ten holiday cottages available sleeping 1 to 10. Rated 4 stars, each cottage has been decorated to a very high standard and fully equipped so you will have everything you need for a perfect self catering break.

The Farmhouse is a five bedroom cottage within its own grounds sleeping 9/10 people. With views over 10 miles of the Bure Valley you can unwind on the balcony with its 270 degree views over the River Ant or in winter relax in the conservatory and enjoy the views over the garden. The lounge provides seating for six adults with colour television and Freeview with brick fireplace. The kitchen is fully fitted and comes fully equipped with built in double oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Everyone can dine together in the dining room with pine dining tables and chairs or a little less formally in the breakfast room located just off the kitchen. The five bedrooms include a spacious master with move and link beds to be used as a double or twin, balcony and en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin. Bedrooms 2 and 3 can be used as a twin or double, Bedroom 4 is a double, and bedroom 5 is downstairs with single bed ideal for those who may have trouble with the stairs. The bathroom can be found upstairs with electric shower over bath, pedestal basin and toilet. Outside is a double carport and space for a further 2-3 cars and large lawned garden. Unfortunately no smoking or dogs are allowed in this cottage.

Meadowview, Riverview, Bridgeview, Ramblers, Seclusion and Woodview cottages each have 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping 6/7 people (7th is a guest bed sleeping a child under 12). Each cottage has seating for six adults in the lounge with colour television, picture or French window and level access to the patio with furniture. The dining rooms have a large pine table seating six and fully fitted pine kitchens with full size cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The three bedrooms include: spacious downstairs bedroom with move and link beds which can be used as a double or twin and a further two bedrooms upstairs with double or twin beds. The bathroom is located upstairs with electric shower over a panelled bath, pedestal basin and toilet. Smokers and well behaved dogs are permitted in Meadowview and Ramblers Cottages.

Heron and Kestrel Cottages sleep 4/5 people in two bedrooms with two bathrooms. The lounge/dining room in each cottage will seat four with colour TV and views over the gardens. There's access to the patio and lawns and second French window with access to the car park. The kitchen can be found just off the dining room with full size cooker, microwave and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms: one double downstairs and move and link beds for use as a double or twin and there's enough space for a guest bed to sleep a child under 12. The bathroom can be found upstairs with electric shower over bath, pedestal basin and toilet. Smokers and well behaved dogs are welcome in Heron Cottage only.

The Loft is perfect for an individual or couple. The one bedroom flat enjoys views over the valley with the bedroom view over the medieval chapel to St Benet's Abbey in the distance. The lounge/dining room has colour TV and dining table for two. The Galley kitchen is just off the lounge with fitted units and fully equipped with full size cooker and microwave. The bedroom is under the eaves with double bed and shower room with electric shower, pedestal basin and toilet. No smoking is allowed in the loft but one small well behaved dog is welcome.

Duvets and bed linen are provided in each cottage and beds are made up ready for your arrival. Full oil fired central heating, electricity and hot water and included.

Hall Farm Cottages have a range of facilities for guests including a games room with pool/snooker table, table tennis, darks, Ninja Turtle machine for the kids. Information including maps and brochures of the area are on the walls to help you make the most of your trip. If you enjoy fishing, you can make the most of the ½ mile bank on the River Ant and fishing lake we have available. There are moorings, laundry facilities and telephone available.

There is someone onsite daily to help and advise you making sure you can make the most of your self catering break in the Norfolk Broads.
