West View Self Catering accommodation has been rated 3 stars providing a homely place to stay with two 2 bedroom cottages sleeping 4, one cottage sleeping 2 and a fourth cottage sleeping 8.
The two 2 bedroom cottages are centrally heated throughout with open plan lounge and patio views. The dining kitchen area is fully equipped with electric oven, microwave and fridge. One bedroom has a double bed while the second has two full size pine twin beds and bathroom with shower over bath.
The third cottage has a comfortable lounge with 3 piece suite, TV, video, DVD player and Freeview. The kitchen is fully fitted with electric oven with extractor fan, microwave and fridge. The double bedroom has king size bed, pine fitments, TV and a bathroom with shower over bath.
Each of these cottages has their own patio tables and seating and wireless broadband available in 2 of the cottages.
The fourth cottage, Moatside Cottage, is much larger sleeping 8 in the luxury accommodation. Just a few miles from Louth it offers the perfect place to stay for a group of family or friends.
The spacious lounge includes a 42” LCD TV, video, Sky, open fireplace, oak wooden floors, sofa seating for 8, coffee table and piano. There is gas central heating throughout and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 5-ring gas cooker with double oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave and toaster.
The two double bedrooms have en-suite shower (one with a wet room) and there are two twin rooms each with plenty of storage space. WiFi is available in the cottage and one twin room has the facility of a computer if you need web access. There's a claw foot bath with shower spray and large glass fronted shower in the main bathroom.
Outdoors is a large private lawn garden overlooking fields and historic moat with filtered running water and fish.
Bed and Breakfast:
West View Bed & Breakfast is 4 star accommodation in a converted barn with Barn Owl (double room), Tawny Owl (twin/super king size) and Little Owl (double). Barn Owl and Tawny have high pitched ceilings and antique pine beams. Tawny has a wet room with facilities for the disabled and French doors onto the patio. Barn Owl has its own private entrance.
Little Owl is a cosy double with en-suite facilities and garden views found in the annex leading into the house. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, home made biscuits, chilled water, hairdryer and radio alarm. Centrally heated throughout Barn Owl and Tawny Owl have LCD TV and Little Owl with TV and CD player. Wireless broadband is available throughout.
Caravans (Caravan Club members only):
West View is ideally located to explore the coast and the Wolds. The ¾ acre lawned site provides well spaced level pitches on well drained land. Sheltered, each pitch has electric hook up point. Toilet and shower are available and fresh vegetables on sale when in season. Well behaved children are very welcome as are dogs on leads.
