Ebblesway Courtyard is ideally located with numerous attractions and things to do in Salisbury, South Wiltshire and Dorset. Take a city tour in Salisbury exploring the chequer layout, interesting buildings including the Georgian Mompesson House and 5 screen cinema. 150 markets are helf each year in the market square and Salisbury Cathedral is well worth a visit.
Stonehenge is just 20 minutes away with private tours available through English Heritage. The largest stone circle in Europe is at Avebury and several ancient white horses on chalk downs and Fovant Badges 10 minutes away.
There are many country houses including Wilton House, Braemore House, Longleat, Kingston Lacey, Broadlands and Beaulieu. For gardens there is Stourhead, Hillier Gardens, Compton Acres and Houghton Lodge with its Hydroporicum. William the Conqueror's 'New' Forest is 25 minutes away with ponies, donkeys, cattle, pigs and sheep roaming freely. Ebblesway Courtyard offers two luxurious self catering accommodations – The Hayloft and The Stables.
The Hayloft has been converted from an original two storey hayloft still retaining much of the charm and character of the original building. There is an open plan lounge with flat screen LCD TV, Freeview, DVD player and oak kitchen area with electric hob, microwave, oven, grill, slow cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
Upstairs you will find the bedroom with comfortable King size double bed, exposed beams, arched windows, TV in bedroom, hairdryer, radio alarm, safety deposit box and steam iron and ironing board. There is a luxury en-suite bathroom with spa bath with air and water jets and separate high pressure shower. 'Dorma' bed linen and towels are provided.
There is full gas central heating, wifi internet connection, payphone and to welcome you to the Hayloft, a welcome pack with some basic food items, continental breakfast and fresh eggs from our hens. There are private gardens to the front and rear as well as courtyard garden. Garden furniture is provided and bicycle hire is available. From the property there is direct access to footpaths.
The Stables has been converted from the original farm stables now offering a self contained suite with large double or twin room sleeping 2 adults. The suite is perfect for those with restricted mobility as its on one level.
The lounge includes flat screen LCD TV, Freeview and DVD player. The small kitchen is well equipped with granite worktops, washing machine, tumble drier, electric hob, microwave/oven/grill, slow cooker, fridge with icebox and a separate dining room.
There is an en-suite shower room, under floor heating, safety deposit box, second TV in the bedroom, radio alarm, payphone, hairdryer, 'Dorma' bed linen and towels provided, steam iron and ironing board and wifi in all rooms. A welcome pack is provided with continental breakfast and fresh eggs from our hens.
