From the A14 take exit 1 at Welford and the A5199.
Exit the A5199 at the crossroads with Bruntingthorpe. There is a reflective sign at the entrance of the private drive leading to Knaptoft House Farm and The Greenway which is set well back from the main road. Do not follow signs for Knaptoft Church.

With comfortable sitting rooms, both the farmhouse and The Greenway have wood burning stoves, conservatories, information on the local area and family history research.
The bedrooms include en-suite facilities, digital TV, Freeview, hospitality tray and little extras for a memorable stay. Business guests are catered for with desk, power point and free wifi access. There is a fridge stocked with chilled water and fresh milk in both houses.
The Greenway is a spacious bungalow situated in the orchard at Knaptoft House Farm. The three ground floor rooms have en-suite facilities and can be used as twin rooms or 6ft doubles.
Knaptoft House Farm is a working farm. There are sheep and horses and fish ponds easily reached by foot across the fields.
Fishing day tickets are available.
In the morning breakfast is served in the farmhouse dining room with a delicious farmhouse cooked breakfast, cereals, fresh fruit, toast, fruit juice, tea and coffee to choose from to help set you up for the day.
