Lakeside Coarse Fishing
At Burnham-on-Sea, you are able to sit back and relax for the day at either one of their two large lakes.
Both of the Lakes are well stocked and if you are lucky, you could catch a fish weighing up to 35lb's. Some of the fish include Roach, Bream, Carp and Rudd.
In order to fish on the lakes you do require a Current Rod Licence which you are able to obtain from the local Post Office.
Direct Beach Access
You are able to access Burnham's beach across a small quiet road, with steps down to the sand. Once you are there, you have 7 miles of glorious sand which is perfect for sunbathing and building sand castles. Why not treat yourself to an Ice- Cream or a Donkey Ride. A day at the beach is perfect for all, why not take a relaxing stroll across the sand so you can explore the natures of the sea.
