A sloping natural path leads directly from the Park to Swallow Tree bay, an open sandy beach with safe bathing at low tide and a private, sheltered cove, noted for its Bass fishing at high water.

The Pembrokeshire coastal path borders Swallow Tree, giving immediate access to 180 miles of dramatic and spectacular coastal scenery, heaven for ramblers and naturalists.

Although secluded, Swallow Tree is within walking distance of Saundersfoot village and its busy harbour, where the fishing and pleasure boats are a source of interest and enjoyment for both young and old.

One of the most popular attractions to Swallow Tree is our all-weather leisure complex providing an almost unrivalled range of on-site facilities; heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, solarium, fitness room, Revive health & beauty centre, a bar and a popular restaurant.

The heated pool also has a children's splash area and is especially welcome on those days when we have one of our rare Welsh showers! A visit to the sauna or solarium is a great way to relax after a day of holiday activities. Our new fast Vertical Tanning Unit allows you to go home with a lovely colour!

For a small charge try out a new exercise routine in our fitness suite, equipped with treadmill, exercise bikes, elliptical cross trainer, Nordic skier, Concept II rower and resistance equipment, step machine and weight equipment. During the peak summer months, a small shop is available for daily needs such as milk, bread, newspapers and other basic requirements and a games room is open to keep the children amused.

The reception area is staffed throughout the day, so there is always someone on hand to provide information and advice on local places of interest, beaches, events, activities and attractions.

And remember all this is just a short stroll from your holiday accommodation with no worries about driving or parking!

Restaurant

Our on site restaurant offers some of the best food in the area, imaginative menus and friendly service, and no driving worries. The bar, restaurant and patio offer delightful sea views. Patio heaters enable guests to relax outdoors in comfort on fine summer evenings, whilst a feature log fire provides a cosy ambience on chilly nights.

Children are welcome and have their own menu. The comprehensive menu is changed half a dozen times during the year, with specials changing daily. Great emphasis is placed on, local produce with Pembrokeshire potatoes, organic salad greens and cheeses from St Davids and Llanboidy. During the summer months fresh fish straight from the trawlers in Saundersfoot are a speciality.
