Caravan Description
6 BERTH LUXURY CARAVAN
With Central heating, Combi boiler (supplying unlimited hot water), Double Glazing and a magnficent outdoor deck.
The caravan is equipped to a very high standard with all mod-cons. All bed linen included in price and also gas and electricity. The caravan has a verandas with table and chairs and the veranda is also ideal for keeping in small children and pets.
The feedback so far this year has been excellent (e.g. best equipped and cleanest caravan ever visited).
Situated at Solent Breezes, Hook, Nr Warsash, Hampshire. Located on the edge of the Solent with breathtaking views to the Isle of Wight - prime viewpoint for Cowes Week!!
Accommodation consists of:-
DOUBLE BEDROOM:- Queen Size bed and en suite: fitted wardrobes / drawers - cot space.
TWIN ROOM:- Twin beds can convert to a double. Fitted wardrobe. Cot space
BATHROOM:- Bath / Shower / WC
KITCHEN:- Full sized cooker / grill / hob. Fridge / freezer. Dish Washer.
PORCH:- Additional storage for coats shoes etc and there is also an additional fridge located in Porch
LARGE LOUNGE / DINING ROOM:- Pull out double bed - Dining table and chairs - fireplace with gas fire and surround. High chair can be provided if required. Patio doors leading from dining area to a superb luxury outside deck for relaxing / dining etc (approx 30 sq m) - prime location on the site - private but yards from beach with breathtaking panoramic views of the Isle of Wight: and beautiful walks along the Solent Way: Spectacular scenery!!!
SOLENT BREEZES
It has it's own slipway which makes it an ideal location for yachting and boating enthusiasts. Other facilities include:- a superb outdoor heating swimming pool ( constantly supervised by qualified life guards), a club house with bar and restaurant (enjoy a meal on the sun terrace overlooking the solent and watch the famous ships go by). The clubhouse provides evening entertainment for young and old. There is also a shop and a coffee shop with outdoor terrace providing, all day breakfast, lunches and evening meals. A childrens play areais located on the site and tennis/badminton facilities are available (raquets and balls can be hired).
PLACES OF INTEREST:
The historical village of WARSASH (which is a 30 minute walk along the beach from SOLENT BREEZES) is well worth a visit, at low tide Shipwrecks and Cannons can be seen - have lunch in the "RISING SUN" before making your leisurely walk back to site.
PORSTMOUTH - (30 minutes)
With superb shopping at "Gun Wharf Quays", Historical Naval History (visit the "Mary Rose" and Nelson's "Victory"), Cinemas, Waterfront Restaurants, Bowling
SOUTHSEA - (20 minutes)
Beach, Funfare, Hovercraft travel to Isle of Wight
WINCHESTER - (45 minutes)
Historical University and Cathedral City (Home of Legendary King Arthur)
Shopping, Cinemas, Superb Restaurants (recommend "Hotel du Vin" restaurant of the year award - delightful !!!)

West Quays Shopping Emporium (visit the restaurant on top floor with panoramic views of the liners in dock).
Southampton boasts excellent leisure facitilies and night life. Clubs/Pubs/Restaurants/Theatre/Cinema - something for everyone !!!
NEW FOREST
Covering a large area along the South Coast - is unique - every kind of activity is open to the visitor from cycle rides, nature walks and horse riding, to picnicing and bbq areas, swimming pools and the New Forest Water Park, Theme Parks include:- Paultons Park (a must for families with young children - plenty of parking and places to eat) and Alice In Wonderland Family Park, Exbury Gardens (home of the Rothschilds and reknowed for it's Rhodedendrons and Azaleas) is beautiful in the late summer, Furzey Gardens, Braxton Gardens, and animal attractions such as The New Forest Otter & Owl Centre, The New Forest Badger Watch and Marwell Zoo (again a must for families - many activites are organised for children). New Forest pony sales and Hythe Marina (a yachters paradise)
BOURNEMOUTH - (45 minutes)
Beautiful sandy beaches. BIC centre housing restaurants, theatres etc. and the spectacular Winter Gardens which is a tranquil haven with Victorian bandstand running from the town centre to the beach with breathtaking flower and plant displays and holding candlelight evenings at certain times of the year.
