Come through Clifton and passed St Peter's School and when you see The Grange Hotel on the right hand side, you take the right hand turn into Queen Anne's Road. No 40 is a short way down on the left hand side. Park outside and we can show you your parking spot.

Both rooms offer cable TV with Sky Sports package as well as hospitality tray, hairdryer, iron and board.
'Rose' and 'Daisy' are both centrally heated and double-glazed. 'Rose' also has a settee to help guests relax after a day's shopping in York.
Whilst we love children and pets, we are unable to accept them at No 40. There is a no-smoking policy throughout the Guest House. Private car parking available and included in price.
