Each of our four apartments are named after Louth streets, everyone different. Whichever one you choose you'll find the same welcoming touches - sumptuous fabrics, soft towels, fresh flowers and ample space to unwind.

We offer the following apartments for your enjoyment:-

Upgate – A 4 Star 1 bedroom 2nd floor apartment with twin / superking bedroom.

Ramsgate – A 4 star, 1 bedroom ground floor apartment with a fantastically spacious lounge and original plaster cornicing.

Westgate – A 5 star, ground floor apartment, the most spacious and luxurious of our 1-bedroom apartments with a twin / superking bedroom.

Kidgate – A 4 star, 2 bedroom 1st floor apartment with one double and one twin / superking bedrooms.

UPGATE APARTMENT (Pretty and private)
Upgate is our only penthouse and is perfect for a romantic break or for guests wanting somewhere out of the way and a place to escape. It makes for great people watching looking down on passers by from the lounge window completely unseen.

A 1 bedroom apartment (suitable for 1 or 2 people) with a bedroom that can have a twin/superking bed configuration, a well-appointed kitchen/diner, bathroom with bath/shower and a comfortable lounge with living flame effect gas fire set into a period fireplace.
The entrance is on the first floor with its own staircase (with restored mahogany rail and spindles) leading to the apartment on the second floor.

RAMSGATE APARTMENT (Elegant and comfortable)
Ramsgate is on the ground floor with the bedroom overlooking the sun terrace. The stunning 23ft lounge with marble fireplace; comfy sofa and period furniture make for a very comfortable but elegant room, perfect for entertaining or for relaxing.

A 1 bedroom apartment (suitable for 1 or 2 people) kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom with bath/shower and a large comfortable lounge with high ceilings and a gas flame effect fire set into a period marble fireplace.

WESTGATE APARTMENT (5 Star Luxury)
Westgate is on the ground floor with the large bedroom (with French windows) overlooking its own courtyard garden. The stunning 25ft lounge with period marble fireplace; French Louis Philippe style mirror comfy sofa and period furniture make for a well appointed elegant and comfortable room, perfect for entertaining or relaxing.

A 1 bedroom apartment (suitable for 1 or 2 people, with an extra bed for a child or small adult) with a bedroom that can have a twin/superking bed configuration a well-appointed large kitchen with breakfast bar, bathroom with bath/shower and a large 25ft comfortable lounge with high ceilings and a living flame effect gas fire set into a period fireplace. Westgate also benefits from its own private entrance. Uniquely guests staying in Westgate have use of their own south facing courtyard garden.

KIDGATE APARTMENT (Flexible accommodation)
Kidgate is on the first floor with two bedrooms, a Superking or Twin with en-suite shower room and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a well appointed kitchen/diner with table and 4 chairs. A comfortable lounge with living flame effect gas fire set into a period fireplace.

Sleeping up to 4 people Kidgate is suitable for two couples, a family or two people on a business trip. The apartment represents excellent value when sharing for business or leisure as the bedrooms are separated by the lounge and kitchen/diner providing opulent living with a degree of privacy.
