Each of our four apartments are named after famous Louth streets, everyone different. Whichever one you choose you'll find the same welcoming touches - sumptuous fabrics, soft towels, fresh flowers and ample space to unwind.

Whatever your reason for staying with us you'll find us the perfect setting and so convenient. Business or pleasure we are an choice, whether you want to visit relatives in the area or attend a conference All Seasons has everything you could possibly need .

Our apartments are as follows:-

Ramsgate – 4 star, 1 bedroom on ground floor
Westgate – 5 star, 1 bedroom on ground floor
Kidgate – 4 star, 2 bedroom on 1 st floor
Upgate – (available summer 2006) – 1 bedroom with sofabed on 2nd floor

RAMSGATE APARTMENT

Welcome back to the good old days…

Accommodation combining the elegance of the 18th century with the comfort and convenience of the 21st century is not just a catch phrase at All Seasons. It's a statement about each and everyone of our apartments. Never is it more true than when applied to Ramsgate, our ground floor one bedroom apartment. The kitchen has quality modern appliances and is right up to date with dishwasher and breakfast bar and a host of other extras. Again the lounge has DVD player and widescreen TV and the bathroom has an invigorating drench shower and radiators throughout the apartment.

The elegant bedroom fireplace, burnished antique furniture, the massive marbled lounge fire, panelled walls and heavy gilt mirror reflecting the bright sparkling lamps of the chandelier feel a hundred years away from the stresses and strains of modern day life. With apartments like this it's no wonder our guests can't wait to come back….

WESTGATE APARTMENT

Rooms of classic beauty……

There is something special about every room in this twin bedded ground floor apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar and the bathroom is delightful complete with Victorian fireplace and glass shower screen. The lounge and bedroom are furnished and decorated to make you feel pampered and cosseted. So put your feet up, relax and unwind in your own private, luxurious home from home.

The French doors from the bedroom open out onto your own courtyard which is ideal for early morning coffee. The large dining table can seat up to six and would suit entertaining friends or business colleagues. Every apartment has WiFi internet access and this apartment also has a writing desk so guests can still mix business with pleasure!

For anyone with walking difficulties this apartment is an excellent choice as the space provided is exceptional.


KIDGATE APARTMENT

Elegance made for four………...

This two bedroom apartment on the first floor is the ideal choice to share your holiday with family and friends. Bedrooms are double and twin and both are ensuite. Every room is exquisitely decorated and furnished with modern and antique furniture. Whilst every apartment has a parking space in our secure gated parking area, Kidgate has a space for two cars !

There's a huge choice of videos, DVDs and books and a selection of games available from our library so why not enjoy a short break or holiday with old friends and share a few glasses of wine or cups of tea, whatever takes your fancy…..

UPGATE APARTMENT

A Penthouse with Character………...
This splendid second floor apartment has bags of character with its classically proportioned stairs and banisters and out of season has stunning views of the quintessentially English Louth mansion house.

Upon entering the apartment the moment you step through the door you feel like a friend who's been invited into a welcoming family home. The lounge is delightful and comforting and is the perfect place to share a brandy or a glass of wine with a friend
