Our house,built in the early 1900's, is centrally situated within the Kirkcudbright Conservation Area. The pleasant fully enclosed garden has a sunny orientation for playing or sitting. There is a lockable shed for bikes etc. The light and well-eqipped kitchen has a dining area. There is an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer and microwave oven. There is full gas central heating. In the good-sized lounge there is a wood-burning stove, comfortable furniture, TV/video, CD player and books and games for vistor's use. Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms. the bathroom has a bath with an electric shower over, shaver point, washbasin and toilet.
