The Bed and Breakfast is only 10-15 minutes inland from Skegness with Fantasy Island, Bottons Funfair, Butlins Funcoast World, Seal Rescue and Gibraltar point. 20 minutes away is Boston and the area also has National Trust properties, RAF Museum, Tennysons Church, Bulbfields, Heavy Horse Centre and more.

From Skegness go out through Burgh le Marsh. Just after church, turn left down Wainfleet Road. Follow this to the very end, which is a T junction. Turn left, then 100yds turn Right. Go over a level crossing, over a river bridge and round bends. Willow Farm is on the right. Big Blue board says Willow Farm.

Located in the heart of the Lincolnshire Fens, Willow Farm offers the perfect place to stay whether you are looking for B&B or Self Catering accommodation. With an approved Riding School, the fifteen acre farm is perfect for children to explore and gives them the opportunity to help out by feeding the goats and hens and collecting the eggs.
The Bed and Breakfast accommodation includes one double and one twin room with space for an extra bed for a small child. Both rooms have en-suite facilities (shower, WC and basin) and some rooms have disabled access. Tea and coffee making facilities, toaster and colour television are provided in each room. Breakfast baskets are served in rooms with bread/muffins to toast, butter, marmalade, jam, cereal, fresh fruit, milk and juice and yoghurts. We'd be happy to provide sandwiches and cold suppers if you need them – just let us know.
There may be riding available depending on the season but unfortunately we cannot accept beginners. Riding lessons or hack can be arranged in advance.
The Self Catering accommodation is a small one bed cottage suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. Local pubs and restaurants are nearby offering a good selection of hot evening meals if you don't fancy cooking.
