Nightly Price: £12.00 to £24.00
A deposit of £50.00 per week / part week for touring and camping pitches is to be paid at the time of booking and the balance must be paid 28 clear days before the holiday begins.
Basic Pitch price includes one tourer / motorhome / tent / trailer tent, one vehicle and two people
Electric Pitch includes one tourer / motorhome / tent / trailer tent, use of one 16amp - 240V socket, one vehicle and two people
Only 1 tourer / motorhome / tent / trailer tent, 1 awning / gazebo and 1 child's tent permitted per pitch
Saturday to Saturday only bookings between 21nd July and 18th August.
Nightly bookings may be available for casual campers during this time
Minimum of 4 nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights) required for bookings over Spring (end of May) and August bank holidays

From most parts of the Country, take the M5 motorway to junction 30 at Exeter.
Follow directions for Dawlish on the A379 which will take you through the villages of Kenton and Starcross.
Continue on the A379 until you reach the edge of Dawlish, at which point you will see Dawlish Warren signposted to the left, just before Marine Garage; a Texaco service station.
Follow the road into Dawlish Warren, past the Mount Pleasant Pub and down a steep hill.
At the bottom of the hill, follow the road around to the left and continue past Gerald's Supermarket.
You will then see the entrance to Peppermint Park on the left-hand side.

A lazy day of swimming and sunbathing at the pool…an afternoon of fishing at Peppermint Water…or just lying back and watching the World go by…the choice is all yours!
Peppermint Park's excellent facilities are as you would expect at a 4* holiday park and are available to all our guests.

Swim and Sunbathe
Our outdoor heated swimming pool, children's pool and giant water flume open from late May through 'til early September.
Coarse Fishing
Peppermint Water is a small, quiet coarse fishing pond. It is a peaceful area with wildflowers, grassy banks and sunny fishing platforms. Surrounded by mature trees and bushes, it is well stocked with carp, trench and bream. An ideal angler's retreat, both daily and weekly tickets are available. Please note that children under the age of 14 years must always be accompanied by an adult when at Peppermint Water.
Peppermint Club
Most nights, during the main holiday seasons, our entertainment team provides great family entertainment in the Peppermint Club. All are welcome and there is always a wide variety of drinks, bar snacks and evening meals to be enjoyed. Young and old alike – everyone joins in the fun!

Camelot Children's Club
Our children's club is open most evenings during the High Season, offering organised fun and games for children of all ages. Children are free to come and go as they please, but a parent must supervise those less than 5 years old.
Please note…Limited entertainment and facilities at the Club from Friday 6th April through to, and including, Friday 25th May and from Tuesday 28th August through to, and including, Friday 7th September. Full entertainment and facilities from Saturday 26th May through to, and including, Monday 27th August. The Club will be closed from Friday 21st September onwards
