B&B / Guest House Description
Church Hill Farm is a Grade II listed Farmhouse which dates back to before the 15th Century.
This is a 300 acre working farm with a period farmhouse set on the edge of the delightful village of Lighthorne. The Antelope pub in the village is only a short walk and offers good food.
We are able to offer two double bedrooms and one twinbedded room - all with en-suite bathrooms.Although the house has been a family for home for hundreds of years and contains fine antique furniture the bathrooms have recently been refurbished to a very high standard.
The house overlooks an idyllic valley containing old ''stew'' ponds used by the Monks who rested here whilst travelling along the nearby fosseway. The ponds now form part of our fish farm business. Two bird hidesoverlook the lakes giving guests access to view the huge selection of wildlife we have.
The rural location belies the proximity to the M40 with links to the motorway network and the accessibility to the tourist attractions of Stratford upon Avon, Warwick, CorswoldsN.A.C. & N.E.C. Open all year.
