Directions
From the M5 leave at junction 27 and follow signs for Tiverton and Barnstaple, A361.
Continue to the end of the dual carriage way just north of Tiverton and leave at the 3rd exit signed A396 to Bampton.
Follow this road for about 5 miles to the small roundabout beside the Exeter Inn and take the 2nd exit signed to Bampton following this road into the town which is within a mile or so.

Self Catering Cottage/Home/Apartment Description
Mill Cottage is a comfortable beamed, character dwelling that is part of a 17th century listed building offering 2 delightful first floor double bedrooms and a fully fitted bathroom with over bath shower.
On the ground floor there is a comprehensively fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, dish washer, microwave and cooker, leading into a comfortable beamed lounge and dining room,with TV, video and radio. The property is centrally heated and all bed linen and towels are supplied.
Leat Cottage is a detached well appointed barn conversion with the lounge on the first floor which takes full advantage of the views over the grounds and river.
The cottage is accessed by a wrought iron staircase from the drive leading up to the lounge, so for users with mobility issues it may not be appropriate. There are internal stairs down to the en-suite bedroom (6' bed!!) and the kitchen.
As with Mill Cottage, there is a full range of kitchen and cooking utensils including dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and cooker. The cottage is kept warm by electric heating, and has a TV and video. All bed linen (duvet) and towels are provided.
