Leave the M74 at Junction 15 and head up into Moffat Town Centre (less than 5 minutes from the motorway).
From the High Street, turn up Well Street - between "Wallace the Butcher" (the Clock Tower) and McGarey's. Go to the top of the street. Turn right. Proceed along to the T-junction where a small lane goes off to the left. That is School Lane. Go to the top of the lane. Just before a pair of white iron gates, turn right into the Driveway to two bungalows. Seven Oaks is the Bungalow on the left.
