The rate is based on per person per night inclusive of breakfast and free use of country club facilities.
Payment
All payments have to be made in British sterling on arrival. We accept payment by cash,cheques or credit cards. There is 2.5% service charge if the payment is made by credit card.
Deposit
A deposit of 25 pounds per room is required at the time of booking, which is allowed against final account.
Cancellation
In the event of a cancellation, guests need to give us at least 7 days cancellation notice, then the deposit will be returned. Otherwise, guests are liable up to the full value of their booking if we are unable to recover lost revenue by re-letting the accommodation. If we can relet the room, we will give a full refund less 10% for administration cost.
