If coming via the M6 motorway turn off at junction 36 onto the A590 (A591) to Kendal & Windermere. Follow the dual carriageway to the large roundabout just outside Kendal. Carry on along the A591 to Windermere. After passing the village sign stay on the main road, ignoring the sign into the town centre and we are about 500 metres on the left hand side just before the church.

B&B / Guest House Description
The Ravensworth is a traditional, detached Lakeland residence built in the 1850's. Full of charm and character with all the modern amenities required to make your stay a comfortable one.
All bathrooms have bath with a shower. We have single, standard double, four-poster and super king-size beds. We have superior four-poster rooms with added luxuries and two of our rooms have their own private patio.
We are less than two minutes walk from the centre of Windermere village where there are several excellent restaurants to choose from. A fifteen minute stroll down a pretty lane brings you to Lake Windermere. A twenty minute walk will take you up into the hills overlooking the lake.
Our excellent, freshly cooked breakfast will give you the energy to do anything you like!
