Berkeley House is a family run AA four star quality guesthouse on the beautiful Babbacombe Downs with views accross Lyme Bay. The five bedrooms consist of three double, on twin and one family room (over 10's). All rooms are ensuite. Choose from premier Sea View rooms with their own balconies to our premier suite with it's own small lounge to our standard ensuite rooms either twin or double.
