Waveney River Centre is the Broads' multi-award winning Holiday Park & Marina, set in the beautiful surroundings of South Norfolk's Waveney Valley, with stunning south and west facing views across marshes and river. The Park is a wildlife haven, where you can spend hours watching birds, insects and other wildlife from the peace & quiet of your holiday lodge, caravan or tent, or venture further along the river by day cruiser or canoe.

The Park features a family-friendly pub, indoor heated swimming pool & café, children's play areas, large convenience store, launderette and information centre.

Our luxury holiday lodges, cottage and penthouses are spacious and exceptionally well appointed, featuring fully integrated kitchen appliances, digital TV & DVD and south or west facing balconies with superb views across the marshes.

All holiday lodges and penthouses are fully centrally heated, insulated and double glazed to current residential standards - making them ideal for holidays all year-round. Our lodges all feature a bird feeder beside the balcony & lounge window, so that you can spot our feathered friends (using the wall poster for help) and record them in Eddie's Bird book.

Our touring & camping area is small and family-oriented, with room for 17 touring caravans and up to 35 tents. It occupies an idyllic south-facing location overlooking the marina and river, with leisure centre, showers, toilets & wash up area all immediately adjacent.

Use of the showers and toilets are included in the price of your pitch, and there are no extra person charges. There is also a launderette, with commercial grade coin-operated washing machines, tumble dryers & iron.

For 2010 we have completely refurbished our shower & toilet facilities. Our new individual wet rooms feature shower, basin, WC, hairdryer and underfloor heating. Now you've no reason to stay tucked up in your sleeping bag - your bathroom awaits!

For 2011 we are completely refurbishing our pool changing rooms & café - the pool will be open year-round from late February 2011.

No Broads holiday is complete without a trip on the river to explore the famous Norfolk & Suffolk Broads. We have a range of vessels to suit most budgets and requirements, from rowing boats and canoes to luxury day cruisers with galley, WC and cabin.

Waveney River Centre was a triple winner at the 2010 EDP Norfolk Tourism Awards - for Customer Care, Best Holiday Park and Best Broads Holiday Experience. In 2009 & 2010 we received David Bellamy's Gold Conservation accolade, and we were winners in the 2010 Practical Boat Owner Green Awards for Best Service & Support.
