2 miles from the ancient fishing village of Looe and the smugglers fishing village of Polperro.
20 mins from the Eden project, many National Trust attractions including Lanhydrock, Cotehele, Mount Edgecombe as well as other attractions like Lost Gardens of Heligan.
Sailing, fishing, diving, golf and riding are all available nearby. Bodmin Moor & Dartmoor are a short drive away for walkers and hikers and the SW coastal paths offers wonderful views.
