Equipped to a high standard, the apartment comprises entrance lobby with video entry phone, large open plan lounge / dining room with feature picture window which takes full advantage of the wonderful views of the estuary, door to sun terrace.

There is a feature flame-effect fire for when the evenings are chilly.
The spacious lounge is furnished with a TV with full Sky package, video and DVD player, music centre, comfortable sofas, sofa bed (4ft bed), bed stool (2ft 6in. bed), dining table and six chairs. There are games, jigsaws and books, for times when the weather is not wonderful or if you just want to relax. The luxury fitted kitchen is equipped with freezer, fridge, ceramic hob, coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and automatic washer/dryer.

The apartment has two bedrooms. The main bedroom has king-sized bed, TV and estuary views with an en-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower facilities. Co-ordinating bed linen and towels are provided. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds, which can be zipped together. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet.

The apartment offers a wonderful, comfortable place for a holiday within easy walking distance of the centre of the pleasant market town of Kingsbridge. It is also a convenient base within easy reach of many beautiful places to visit, National Trust sites, cliff walks, etc. or you can just sit and watch the wildlife and the boats go past the window!

The rent includes co-ordinated linen, towels, electricity and gas central heating and Sky TV.

The rental period runs from Friday to Friday. We ask that you leave the apartment by 10am on Friday morning so that it can be cleaned ready for our next guest by 3pm. Further housekeeping details will be sent once a booking has been confirmed.
