Self Catering Cottage/Home/Apartment Description
The Trebatha is a spacious self contained ground floor apartment which has been decorated to a high standard so it can be enjoyed by everyone. The apartment has its own private entrance accessed by a slope and steps and free parking is available for up to 2 cars on site.
Sleeping four people there is a master bedroom with comfortable double bed and en-suite shower room plus a twin room with its own full sized bathroom. The twin room has enough space for a travel cot for a young child and a high chair can be requested. All bed linen and towels are provided. From the twin bedroom and lounge you can enjoy the picturesque views out over the countryside and all the rooms are bright and airy with natural light.
Relax in the comfort of the living area on the 3 piece leather suite with entertainment from the television, video recorder, radio/CD and DVD player provided. The open plan kitchen is large with dining area and fully equipped with everything you should need to make the most of your self catering holiday. There's an electric cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washer dryer.
Stepping outside you can make the most of the weather out on the patio with a barbeque and the private meadow provides a great area for children to play. We have a range of basic games available on request including a croquet kit. You may even be lucky enough to see some of the local wildlife seen such as kestrels, badgers, foxes, deer and wild birds.
If you have children and you'd like to go out, an experienced babysitter can be arranged.

Local Attractions
Within the beautiful village of Bishop Sutton you can find the local supermarket with butchers and Post Office, newsagent, hairdressers and 2 public houses. Fishermen can take a 10 minute walk to the Chew Valley Lake, a local beauty spot which is well stocked. You can enjoy a picnic, get refreshments at the shop/café and go to the visitors centre.
You can safely leave your car at the apartment and cycle along the quiet roads to discover more of the area and other villages. Walkers have numerous footpaths in the unspoilt countryside. The Cheddar Gorge and Cheddar Village are ideal for walking and cycling just 20 minutes away which will take you through the Mendip hills.
Bath, Wells and Bristol are only 20 minutes drive from the apartment with Weston Super Mare 20 miles away and South Wales and the Cotswolds within an hours drive.

£150 deposit required ( non refundable) heating and Electricity included in the rental. remainder of rental 8 week prior to start date. Late Cancellation. Rental minus deposit will only be made if we are able to fill the booking. We would advise all clients to take out their own holiday insurance to cover this.
