Howbeck lodge is a working family farm, where you can be assured of a warm welcome, residents lounge has color tv, log burning stove, & comfortable sofas to unwind after a long day on the fells, or touring the lake District. Evening meal can be booked in advance, all food is locally produced where possible, & cooked to perfection in our Aga, bedrooms are either twin or double & share the large victorian bathroom, rooms have tea/coffee/chocolate, homemade biscuits & spring water, hairdryer, bathrobes, color tv..
