B&B / Guest House Description
We have just three very individual rooms available, believing that the interests of our valued house-guests are best served by creating a 'home from home' feel (with of course the added luxury of being pampered!) which is so difficult to achieve and maintain on a larger scale.
You will see that all of our rooms have spacious private amenities and spectacular coastal views. What we cannot adequately portray however is our position in relation to the beach and ocean: this can only be fully appreciated by your own personal experience of our unique location.
Beach Court, our non smoking home, is located just seconds from the shore and adjacent to Beadnell's tiny 18th century harbour.
It is undoubtedly one of the most distinctive and photographed properties on the entire North East coastline, being built from local stone that was literally barrowed from the foreshore and erected on the prime historical site, overlooking both the harbour and bay.
Apart from your own individually styled bedroom, you will have full use of the magnificent oak panelled, sea facing drawing room with stereo system, video and satellite television, DVD as well as the elegant dining room opening into the adjoining spacious conservatory.
Secure car parking is provided in our large stone walled courtyard where a side gate gives access to the harbour and miles of golden sands.

Here at Beach Court we can offer house guests a choice of three individual and distinctive 1st floor bedrooms, all having spacious private amenities and incorporating window seats affording truly remarkable coastal views.
CHEVIOT SUITE
Our glorious turreted master suite boasts its own observatory 'The Crows Nest' commanding spectacular panoramic coastal views across the bay to the majestic Cheviot Hills. The main room overlooks both beach and harbour, whilst deep leather armchairs and settee, enormous canopied bed and exquisite bathroom combine to create a truly luxurious feel.
DUNSTANBURGH
This Southerly facing facility features large recessed windows offering 'picture postcard' views of our courtyard, harbour, limekilns and the bay. Comfortably furnished with a separate WC and a spacious sea-facing bathroom, it further incorporates a specially designed passenger lift to assist those who may find stairs a slight problem.
LINDISFARNE
This has the advantage of being either a twin bedded or double facility. It offers pretty soft furnishings, canopied beds and a delightful pine and onyx bathroom with both bath and shower provided. Approached by its own corridor and with separate WC this bedroom also offers glorious views across the bay to the hills beyond.
