Nightly Price: £30.00 to £40.00
Weekly Price: £220.00 to £250.00
Prices per person per night based on two sharing. Single occupancy rates given on request. Discounted long term stay prices on request. deposit by debit card required.
Terms:
Payment: Payment can be made by cash / cheque / debit card, credit cards will incur a 4% surcharge. Car Parking: Permits are offered for the limited parking to the sidestreets by the house. No Smoking: We adopt a strictly no smoking policy in all the rooms & guest house. Should you ignore this policy then you will be asked to leave & charged £100 for specialist cleaning. Checking out: Guests are asked to vacate the rooms by 10am. All rooms are checked after departure. Any damage or missing items will be charged to the credit card. Cancellation policy: We require 7 days notice to cancel a reservation. Should you exceed this timescale then the 1st nights payment shall be taken from the card. Should you give less than 72 hours notice then the full amount shall be payable. Any charges will be taken from the credit card used to secure the room with a 3% handling charge. Deposits are non-refundable. Loss or non return of keys will be charged at £25 per key. We are not liable for any loss or damage to any vehicles or possessions during your stay

The accommodation all ensuite comprises of: Double rooms, ground floor twin room, and an executive double room for those little extra's. All rooms are equipped with colour T.V, hairdryers and tea/coffee facilities.

On warm days our pretty garden is just the place to relax in after a busy days sightseeing.
