Local Attractions
Cemaes Bay in northern Anglesey – this is actually the most northerly village in the whole of Wales and is in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Two sandy Award Winning beaches and a natural sheltered harbour are only minutes away on foot as are a wide variety of local shops and pubs. Coastal footpaths and fishing from rocks are two additional attractions as is Llanbadrig's historic 5th century church – founded by St Patrick (who later became the patron Saint of Ireland) as thanksgiving for being rescued after a shipwreck off the Anglesey coast.
