Head chef, David, brings a wealth of fine dining experience to The Swan at Lamport. David has created a unique menu that is bursting full of traditional dishes with a modern twist. David comments,

“Unlike many other pubs we work closely with local suppliers to purchase fresh produce allowing us to maximise the taste, flavour and quality of our dishes.”

Chef's Recommendation

Cannon of Cornish with saute potatoes, green beans, wild mushrooms and vine tomatoes. Using the finest organic cornish lamb cooked to your liking this dish is just bursting with flavours.
