However, they are in fact Pebble beaches - The only time the sand is visible is when the tide is right out. On the other hand, Pebbles are very clean - If you drop your sandwich you can pick it up and continue eating it!(which you couldn't do on a sandy beach) - And you won't be cleaning out your car boot for days after your visit! | | Recommendation: Eastbourne, Sussex, England South East | Added: 17/09/2007 16:22 | | Comment: I whole-heartedly agree with the comments made - Eastbourne is a delightful place to live or visit.
