"Having stayed at Dawlish for many years I can say that it is a lovely town with many gift shops etc to explore. It has a river running through the middle with the famous Black Swan.

Spacious caravan. One double, one twin and one twin with cross over bunk bed.

Steps up to verandah. Beautiful and spacious conservatory/sitting room with stunning views, wooden floor, electric fire and kitchen area leading into original train carriage. Dining room. Double bedroom leading through to single bedroom with 2' 8“ x 5' 6“ bed (for + child). Shower room/WC. Annexe in garden with double bedroom, TV and ensuite shower room/WC.
